stitches.events / XRX, Inc. COVID-Related Show Policy
This COVID policy (below) is instated as of 5/24/2022 and will be updated based on any masking or vaccine requirement changes from city, state, or federal authorities.
The health and safety of our attendees, vendors, teachers, staff and volunteers are our highest priority.
Stitches SoCal 2022 Classes & Special Events
Due to the extended time in close proximity to others, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or medical exemption and masking are required to attend any classes or special events.
Proof of vaccination will be verified at the registration desk before you pick-up your Attendee badge. This proof can be a vaccination card or a digital copy showing proof of full COVID vaccination obtained at least two weeks before the event.
For those with a medical exemption, a doctor’s note, a negative COVID test within 72 hours of each day you attend, and masking at all times are required.
The Stitches SoCal 2022 Market
Based on current guidelines from California Department of Public Health, proof of vaccination and masking are highly recommended but not required in the Stitches Market.
Color-coded stickers are available to indicate your level of comfort in interacting with others. Stickers can be obtained at Registration Desk outside of the Stitches SoCal Market or inside the Market at the Information Desk.
We ask you to look for and respect Social Distance indicators worn by other Market Goers, Stitches Attendees, Volunteers, Teachers, and Staff.
