How Waitlisting for Classes Works
How does a Waiting List work?
When a class is sold out, you have the option to place yourself on a waiting list.
When you click the “Add To Waiting List” button and check the “I agree to be notified by email about the availability of this listing” check box, your name is added to this.
If an opening in the class occurs, the first person the wait list will be emailed and given a limited amount of time to respond. After the time has expired, the second person will be emailed and so on until the spot is filled.
Emails will come from [email protected], so you may want to add that email address to your contacts to help avoid having them go to your spam or other folder.
What if I don’t get into the class?
If you do not get into to the class, and it is offered again at the next similar event, then you will receive notice in advance of general registration and be offered first chance to register for that class. To clarify, if you add your name to a Wait List for Stitches Expo at Home and that class is offered at a future Stitches Expo at Home, we would offer you the opportunity to sign up for that class and only that class before the event opens to the public.
