Bring dimension and depth to your crochet by learning ways to manipulate your stitches. We’ll build richly textured stitch patterns by incorporating crossed stitches, herringbone, puff stitches, post stitches, and cables.
Class sessions will be recorded and remain accessible online to registered students of the class for 4 weeks following the event.

Description
Join Kira and learn to follow written crochet patterns and understand stitch diagrams as you practice working textured swatches from them. As you learn, you will begin a swatch collection that will be a rich resource for textured scarves, shawls, and so much more.
Special Skills
Must be comfortable with chain stitch, single crochet, and double crochet.
Supply List
• Six balls of yarn in light to medium colors (small amounts are fine or bring full skeins to start scarves)
• Crochet hook in size(s) appropriate for your yarn(s)
• Removable stitch markers
• Crochet Basics: Sharp scissors, Notebook, Pen or pencil with eraser, Stitch markers, Tapestry needles (large and small), Tape measure, Small calculator, Crochet hooks of various sizes
