It is necessary to check your gauge and block your projects if you want them to succeed. A lot of people aren’t sure if they’re doing it correctly, join Kira and become confident as you see how it all works!
Class sessions will be recorded and remain accessible online to registered students of the class for 4 weeks following the event.

Description
We’ll discuss why gauge is so important, the best way to make a swatch, and the rare times when you can get away with being not quite on gauge. We will also practice measuring gauge on a variety of stitch patterns, and go through the process of both wet blocking and steam blocking. This class will be useful for anyone who knits or crochets garments or accessories.
Supply List
Optional: Bring swatches or projects ready to block so we can discuss which method to use.
No pre-class work required.
