Class sessions will be recorded and remain accessible online to registered students of the class for 4 weeks following the event.

Description
Jane loves working in color and has designed this class to share the process from managing yarns to selecting colors and picking a design suitable for your first project. Miters and Intarsia share the stage since the tips and tricks Jane uses are common to both; however the garment construction is quite different.
Miters are pretty simple to knit; however Jane often plays with their size and shape to create her A-line knits.
Simple Intarsia establishes a skill set that will prepare you for more challenging projects.
Teaching from her Sydney studio allows Jane to show knitting technique, shaping, and styling details in her garments close up.
The class hands-on work includes two swatches; please arrive ready for a colorful class with your stitches on needles.
Special Skills
Knit, purl, and simple decreases.
Supply List
• Three contrasting, single-color DK wools, 20g each
• US 4 & 6 (3.5 & 4mm) needles
• Knitting Basics: Sharp scissors, Notebook, Pen or pencil with eraser, Stitch markers, Tapestry needles (large and small), Tape measure, Small calculator, Needles and crochet hooks of various sizes
Limited pre-class work required.
