Big things come in small packages! This felt appliqué pincushion is full of character and technique. Veronique places different stitches onto each of the four petals for plenty of embroidery exploration.
Class sessions will be recorded and remain accessible online to registered students of the class for 4 weeks following the event.

Description
With minimal supplies, appliqué and embroidery turn a small 4-inch felt cushion into a work of art. Each petal features a different edging stitch and a motif or two created with well-known stitches. The work is so rewarding and Veronique’s enthusiasm is so contagious that you may end up filling your spare moments making the little pillows of wonder!
Special skills or knowledge needed to take this workshop:
Small project ideal for beginner and intermediate.
Supply List
• Two 4″ squares of felt. One for the cushion top and one for the petals
• Some Perle #8 and #12 in your colors of choice
• One 4″ square of fabric for the back
• A stapler or small pins (appliqué)
• Patchwork/Quilting Basics: Needles, thread, Sharp scissors, Notebook, Pen or pencil with eraser, Tape measure, Seam ripper, Pins, Rotary cutter, Mat and ruler
Limited pre-class work required.
