Jane loves all textured stitches — from cables to bobbles and bells. Her recipe for a classic hand-knit design requires all three! Scarcely a design in her range is without cables; she uses them to define shoulder lines, hide seams, and anchor decrease lines.
Since Jane joins us from her Sydney studio, she can bring the full range of her handknits into the class. We can take a close look at how these textural elements are incorporated into the design as well as learn how they are knit.
The hands-on class swatch will explore texture from knitted-on bands to cables, bells, and bobbles.
