Description

This class is great for all sorts of spinners from the most out-of-the-box to the most traditional. It is all about how to spin a slubby (thick-and-thin) single that has structure and integrity, and then explores the texture we add while plying those singles into spirals, bobbles, coils, twists, stacks, and crescents. We will cover techniques for adding other elements like silk, wrapping, feathers, and sparkle. Finally, we’ll sample the possibilities of different plying structures like cables and chain plying.

My first workshop with Esther
