A virtual class with Kira Dulaney
Aug 6, 5:00-7:00pm
Aug 7, 5:00-7:00pm
Aug 13, 5:00-7:00pm CDT
Take your crochet to the next level! We’ll go over the basics of crocheting in the round while making a variety of granny squares, flowers, hearts, and other motifs, following both written instructions and stitch diagrams.
Class sessions will be recorded and remain accessible online to registered students of the class for 4 weeks following the event.
Crochet motifs can be expanded, multiplied, and assembled to create garments, accessories, or home decor. As we practice making the motifs, we will talk about how to expand a simple granny square into a graphic one-piece baby blanket, methods to join motifs together, and ideas for projects.
If you aren’t familiar with diagrams and stitch charts, Kira will help you understand how to use them.
