Mar 14, 10am-12pm and 2-4pm CST;
Mar 20, 2-4pm CDT
Playing with this simple technique allows us to understand where we start and how to use Tunisian Crochet in different ways; fabric, color-work, stitches, and embellishment. We will spend time on each idea to see how one flows into the next, creating a true love of modern Tunisian Crochet.
Class sessions will be recorded and remain accessible online to registered students of this class for 7 days following the event.
From basic Tunisian Crochet to understanding how to work different variations: How to play with color-work, change shapes, make it look like knitting, embellish the surface with additional crochet.
Session 1: We’ll cover Basic Tunisian and color work.
Session 2: We’ll play with variations of Tunisian like changing the shape with decreases and increases (think miters and entrelac) and how to make it look like knitting.
