It’s time to make a quilt on your own domestic sewing machine. No previous quilting experience required!

Join Catherine for this three-part workshop. We’ll start at the beginning and take it step-by-step as you work on your project chosen from the specially designed pattern — a placemat or two for those with limited time for homework, up to a sofa throw for those with more stitching time.

Benefit from Catherine’s almost-25 years of experience. Learn how to use quilting tools safely. Measure, cut, and piece blocks with accurate 1/4″ seams. And pressing matters… find out why! Add simple machine quilting and a binding. You’ll end the class with a finished project and lots of new skills—all ready to stitch your next creation!

Special skills or knowledge needed to take this workshop:
Make sure you know how to thread your sewing machine and keep the instruction manual handy!
