Dive into vintage crochet lace by working on a beautiful shawl combining Solomon’s Knot Lace, X and Y stitches, continuous motifs, and short-row lace. Learn (or practice) reading diagrams, and since you’re at home, we’ll block our shawls together!
We will dive into some of the most wonderful vintage crochet lace by working on a beautiful shawl together. You’ll become familiar with the stitches in class and then become confident as you practice them between sessions.
While crocheting the shawl, we will learn:
• Solomon’s Knot Lace
• Y and X stitches
• Continuous motifs
• Short-row lace
• How to read stitch diagrams
Each section will build on the previous section for a stunning shawl.
We will block our shawls together and see the magic the right finishing adds to crochet lace. Join Robyn to expand your crochet skills and walk away with an heirloom project to cherish.
