Short Rows In All Directions
With Barry Klein
Aug 6, 4:00-6:00pm CDT & Aug 7, 4:00-6:00pm CDT
Short rows are a valuable design tool for knitters. We will examine and work on different short-row variations and learn how to apply them in various garment-shaping situations.
Class sessions will be recorded and remain accessible online to registered students of the class for 14 days following the event.
We will consider short-row techniques from basic to more adventurous variations, learn how to create them, experiment with them, and then apply them in different ways for body style, shaping, and clean edges.
We will also look at stitch patterns and how to insert short rows to complement the stitch pattern and the silhouette of the design.
