Dragoness: A New Method of Knitting 3D Dragon Scales

Price includes 2 hours of class.

A virtual class with Alexandria Davidoff

July 8, 10:00am-12:00pm CDT

The Dragoness transforms a simple shawl into an elaborate almost mystical wrap — something you’d imagine on a mythological being! It incorporates a unique knitting technique that creates dragon-scale textures.

Class sessions will be recorded and remain accessible online to registered students of the class for 14 days following the event.

This class is designed to take a dive into a new and intricate three-dimensional dragon-scale knitting technique. We will work on a swatch and prepare to make this truly unique design. Alexandra will guide you through the process and will share all her tips and tricks. (Note: This technique differs from the 3D dragon-scale technique Alexandra has used in previous designs; if you have enjoyed that, you’ll want to try this method.)

Wear your Dragoness as a shawl, or convert it into a shrug with 2 folds and 2 snaps. Leather tassels add yet another texture.
