Description
Spindle spinning in its various forms has been around for thousands of years. We will start with the anatomy of a Turkish Spindle, how to create a leader, and then learn to spin singles.
In the second session, we’ll practice various plying techniques including 2-ply, chain ply, and Ply on the Fly. Ply on the Fly allows you to spin your singles and then chain ply it on the same spindle: when you’re done with your fiber, you’re done with your spin!
