The concept of embellishing a mesh knit with cross-stitch embroidery is a fun NEW way to combine the two crafts.

Class sessions will be recorded and remain accessible online to registered students of the class for 7 days following the event.

Learn to cross stitch on a mesh knit fabric. When a knit garment or accessory becomes the canvas for cross-stitch embroidery, it creates bold and exciting results.

• Learn how to create firm and uniforme cross stitches over knits
• Learn blocking techniques applicable for this, or similar designs
• Get inspired by the presentation of the multiple samples in array of fibers and colors.

Note: homework is required.
Special skills or knowledge needed to take this class:
Students need to know the basics: how to cast on, knit, purl, and yarn-over.

Supply List
__About 20 yards each of fingering-weight yarn in deep pink, medium pink, light pink, green, and light green
__Removable stitch markers
__Tapestry needle
__Scissors
__Knitting Basics: Notebook, Pen or pencil with eraser, Tape measure, Small calculator, Needles and crochet hooks of various sizes
