Description
This class will give you the opportunity to learn the traditional craft of Punch Needle Rug Hooking. Una will teach you from stitch gauge to finishing and you will go home with two completed projects. First you will make a mug rug to get used to the stitch lengths (don’t worry, there are only two!) before continuing onto our main project. Our Main project will be a wall hanging that will further your practice of mastering your stitch lengths.
Supply List
• Sharp pair of scissors
• Glasses if you need them!
• Sewing Basics: Needles, Thread, Sharp scissors, Notebook, Pen or pencil with eraser, Tape measure, Seam ripper, Pins
Optional:
•Oxford Punches (if you have one), but I will have enough for students to use during class.
