Description
Tunisian crochet rests at the intersection of crochet and knitting, bringing the best of both crafts into a new dimension. Discover the excitement of this addictive stitch technique in my workshop. We’ll start by understanding the unique tools found in Tunisian crochet, then move into the foundation row, the simple stitch, and the bind-off. By the end of our class, you’ll have a wearable headband to show off your new skills.
Special skills or knowledge needed to take this class
Basic knowledge of crochet is preferred, but not necessary.
Supply list
•Worsted-weight yarn (2 colors, at least 50g each)
•K (6.5mm) crochet hook – straight hook no adornments or shaping in the handle (suggested hook would be Chiaogo Inline Natural hooks)
•Crochet Basics: Sharp scissors, Notebook, Pen or pencil with eraser, Stitch markers, Tapestry needles (large and small), Tape measure, Small calculator
